How can yoga support YOU?

I have a small number of spaces available for 1:1 clients looking to enhance their practice in a way that serves them best.  You might never have practiced yoga before, you may have, it doesn't matter.  During these sessions we will work together to decipher what you are looking to get from a yoga practice, and look to weave and welcome all aspects of yoga into your life, not just the physical poses.  These sessions can help you strengthen your relationship with your body, regardless of how you might feel about it now, and regardless of what your physical capabilities are.  I have found yoga to help  me develop more self compassion and more confidence in my own knowledge about my body.  I am particularly passionate and interested in working with people in larger bodies, who may have experienced stigma in the typical yoga space, and looking at how yoga can improve our body image and how we feel about ourselves.  We can work together weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, with support and opportunities to chat and see how your practice is going in between.

Sessions are 1 hour and predominantly online, via Zoom, though in-person sessions can be arranged if preferable.
